Reel In the Action and Variety of Beaufort's Inshore Fishing Oasis

The conditions were perfect for our 3-hour On Deck Fishing Charters trip - clear skies and calm waters allowed us to cover a lot of ground and target some of the area's top inshore species. We started the day off with some trolling, working a variety of lures and bait to see what the fish were keying in on. It didn't take long before the rods started bending, and we began boating a nice mix of Squeteague, Atlantic croaker, and Black seabass. The fish were feeding aggressively, and we had a blast working the different techniques to put them in the boat. As the afternoon went on, the action just kept getting better. We found some productive jigging spots that had the fish fired up, and John and the rest of the crew were reeling them in left and right. The variety of species we caught was really impressive - it was a true mixed bag kind of day, which is exactly what makes inshore fishing so much fun. Between the steady action and the beautiful Beaufort scenery, it was the perfect way to spend a spring afternoon on the water.
